Required Documentation for Enrollment
The ISC forms below may be downloaded and e-mailed to admissions@iscbrazil.com. Any document requiring a signature may be signed during the admissions appointment. If you prefer, you can download these forms, print them, fill them out by hand and either send or bring them with you, along with the other personal documents and school records listed below, to the admissions appointment.
