ISC is legally owned and operated by the Association of the International School of Curitiba. This non-profit organization is composed of ISC parents and is democratically run by an elected, nine-member Board of Directors. These nine members consist of five members from the ISC corporate community category and four members from the Brazilian or temporary expatriate community category. The Board generally meets one time per month during the school year. Meetings are open to the ISC Community.
