The new ISC-Risa Restaurants opened at both campuses in February 2009.

Risa School's focus is on natural, healthy, and balanced food selections and preparation. A new oven which cooks with a combination of vapor and dry heat along with special warming and cooling "holding" containers that keep the food at optimal temperatures until it reaches the serving area are part of the new kitchen equipment. Four identical serving lines provide a daily choice of six types of salads, brown and white rice, one selection of beans alternating daily between black and brown, pasta or potatoes, vegetables, soup, two selections of meat or fish, dessert, fruit, and two choices of natural juice.
