Welcome to the International School of Curitiba (ISC) located in beautiful Southern Brazil.  ISC is now more than 50 years old and has been providing Brazilian and foreign students from more than twenty-two (22) countries a rich and valuable opportunity to stand at the top of the educational pinnacle by attending the only school in the State of Paraná that offers the following three (3) diplomas.  Students committed to earning an outstanding education can earn both the Brazilian and United States high school diplomas as well as the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma which distinguishes students as leaders for the next generation.

It is the mission of ISC to "Prepare students to be global-citizens and leaders committed to a life-long journey of academic and personal excellence.” To this end, we have developed a Continuous School Improvement Process (CSIP) that includes the whole community but specifically a team of approximately thirty (30) individuals selected from students and teachers at the middle and high school level, as well as teachers from the elementary and early childhood divisions.  In addition, there are members from the parent community, the support staff, the board of directors and the school administration.  The CSIP team serves to help ISC remain focused on its four (4) core components of Mission, Vision, Beliefs and Values, and Expectations for Student Learning.

Our past student successes can be contributed to our dedicated and committed teachers, passionate and supportive parents, and the vision and leadership provided by the school board and administration.  Collaboratively working together in support of our students, our community has helped propel ISC to the level of being recognized as a school of quality and prestige in Brazil and throughout South America.
